A visitor magnet every year:
Together with the Munich master school for the confectionery trade, the Bavarian Confectioners' Guild presented a variety of cake creations. The students of the current masterclass demonstrated their skills and conjured up skilful, sugary delicacies. In the end, there were around 250 elaborate creations to admire.
Works of art made from chocolate, nougat, marzipan or cream were raffled off as part of the large cake raffle. Each ticket cost 6 euros and all proceeds were donated to the "Adventskalender für gute Werke der Süddeutschen Zeitung e.V.".
