The shows on the cookery stage delighted both the eye and the palate: tastings and tips for your own kitchen were provided in 2023 by luminaries such as maître patissier Matthias Mittermeier, Michelin-starred chef Franz Keller and Kitchen Impossible chef Graciela Cucchiara.

24 newcomers presented their innovative ideas for the food scene at the FOOD START.up area. From honey gin to pasta made from sweet potatoes and beans, there was plenty to try and discover. You can read about the winners of the award here.
